Altered Wings
After over 12 years of tattooing in local studios, Aaron Wickham branched out on his own with a mission to establish a brand that represented his own passion for tattooing.
Established back in 2016, Altered Wings is a spacious private studio based in the centre of Horsham town. A short walk from Horsham train station and just outside of Swan walk shopping centre, Altered Wings is easily accessible whilst secluded enough to provide a relaxed and calm atmosphere without the disruption of walk in trade.
Hygiene
Health and hygiene is something we take very seriously at Altered Wings, we ensure that the strictest standards are maintained throughout the studio and with every artist.
We are fully registered with the local authorities and pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the studio and each individual workstation.
All re-usable equipment is professionally sterilised each morning and wrapped with protective film before tattooing and all needles are pre sterilised, single use needles.
Aaron
With 18 years experience, Aaron can cover all bases when it comes to tattoo styles.
He mainly works in black and grey and loves to do realistic portraits but equally enjoys large colourful pieces when he gets the chance.
Jem
Aaron's first apprentice 8 years ago and since going full time 5 years ago Jem has established herself as a highly skilled tattooist.
She creates incredibly detailed tattoos with crisp, clean line work and beautifully soft shading.
Lottie
Lottie is Aaron's current apprentice and in a short space of time has showed a real talent for traditional and neo traditional tattoo styles.
She's clearly a natural and is well on her way to becoming an incredible tattoo artist.
Kathryn
Kathryn brought her business 'Perect Arch Microblading' to Altered Wings a couple of years ago now and its been a match made in heaven.
